Founding Beta Terms
Effective September 16, 2026
What you are buying
The Founding Beta Pass provides one adult purchaser with early access to Entity for the number of days shown at checkout. It is a one-time payment, not an automatically renewing subscription.
This is genuinely a beta
- Entity may change, pause, or occasionally be unavailable.
- The relationship record is encrypted on the browser where it began. Cross-device sync is not available yet.
- Clearing browser data, using private browsing, or changing devices can permanently erase the conversation and relationship record.
- Entity is not a therapist, doctor, lawyer, emergency service, or substitute for human care.
Adults and release boundaries
You must be at least 18 years old. This release does not offer sexual or erotic roleplay. Intimacy is never assumed or sold. Violence, coercion, and personal degradation toward the companion are not allowed; disagreement, criticism, politics, and profanity are.
Refunds
You may request a full refund during the first seven days after purchase. If Entity ends access for a relationship-boundary violation, the unused portion of the pass will be refunded. Refunds required by law are always honored.
Your access
Access is personal and non-transferable. There is no ordinary message cap for normal human use through the Entity interface. Automated, scripted, programmatic, or bot use is not permitted and may be filtered or throttled. Do not share, sell, probe, attack, or reverse engineer the service. We may restrict access to protect people, Entity, or the service.
Ownership
You retain rights in what you write. Entity and its software, design, brand, and original materials remain ours. These terms do not grant ownership in the service or permission to copy its private workings.
Reasonable limits
We will operate the beta in good faith, but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free service. To the extent permitted by law, liability related to the beta is limited to the amount you paid. These terms do not waive rights that cannot legally be waived.
